What do you call it when a bunch of totalitarians are using slaves to amass disproportionate capital so that they can undertake ever-larger endeavors which will continually further secure their power and status?

Capitalism has always supported totalitarianism, at home and abroad. And it figures out the most efficient way to do it so as not to endanger itself - hence it throws coups through elections. As well as literal coups when the alternatives aren’t working.
