I bet that hardly anyone buys the add on drive and they use that as a reason to completely drop physical media support in the PS6.

E-ink screens aren’t backlit. It’s one of the reasons they are so easy on the eyes. They are front-lit. There are LED’s at the edge of the screen and a light guide on top of the screen that diffuses it onto the e-ink screen. Instead of staring directly into a lightbulb like with LCD the light you see is reflected off the page.
A hacky sack
Dance mat controller for his console/PC
I’m a Mac guy so I’m a bit out of touch with the state of PCs. I know PCs usually are a few years behind technology wise, but I’m kind of surprised they still don’t have bluetooth as standard. The technology is decades old.
Anti-vaxxer / conspiracy theorist.
What does coffee have to do with anything?
Same, also autistic. There are very few people I don’t dislike touching me.
It also depends where people touch me. Shake my hand: that’s okay; touching my head/hair, big no. Haircuts are super uncomfortable.
Here (.nl) it’s a minimum of 3 years for the lowest ranking cops (vocational degree), depending on rank/function there is also a 4 year bachelors degree and a 5 year masters.
In a MAME machine maybe, but the original arcade cabinets all have custom hardware.
Yeah, the hardware in a console is mass produced, the hardware in an arcade cabinet is made in relatively small batches. Mass producing something is always a lot cheaper per unit due to economies of scale.
But all it does is remind people how it’s not any of those things. It’s like an uncanny valley for food; the more like meat you make it the more attention you draw to all the ways it’s not. If you make it look like something else people will compare it to that thing instead of judging it on its own merit.
I’ll be available 24/7 when they pay me 24/7.
If they dock successfully with the ISS, and before they leave they think there’s any risk of lack of helium, they won’t fly Starliner home. The crew of two could just stay safe on the ISS, and a Crew Dragon (with two empty seats) could be flown up to bring the Astronauts home safe.
Imagine the PR nightmare for Boeing if they have to send a competitors spacecraft up to return the astronauts they launched? I’d almost wish for this to happen just for the embarrassment it would cause Boeing.
Imagine not being able to feel explosions in your gut because you have a pair of tiny speakers strapped to your head instead of a big long-throw woofer moving air.
Sound is at least as important to the experience as the picture. Go watch a scary movie with the sound muted and you’ll notice it’s not scary at all.
Playing a game or watching a movie with just 2.0 audio, or worse: using the TV’s built-in speakers, is such a diminished experience that you might as well not bother.
Without at least 5.1, why even bother playing games or watching movies?
So because some people have a crappy home theater setup everyone should have a crappy experience?
Just knowing that it can be done at all would be huge win.
Oh I agree they should. Physical game sales are a PITA.
