Actually the first thing I thought of. Played the fuck out of that game, but kinda always hated it while playing it. Can’t explain why. Was a weird time.

People are going to critique titles. Welcome to life. Life is tough. I get it.
It’s not a big deal. But it’s ok to think the name is stupid, and that I’m not gonna use it if I think it’s stupid.
Ya. I learned about those in public school.
Man, I feel like JR and Tom Segura are like the Howard Stern of my generation. But somehow less thoughtful, and more edgy. It’s shock jock radio with lots of laughing at their own “jokes.”
…Now I feel bad. Keep enjoying what you enjoy.
Take a walk
Or
Go sit in my backyard alone.
I’ve never boiled tap. It’s safe where I live. I do have a reverse osmosis filter though. But only for taste, and to remove hardness to protect my glassware.
You don’t need 10k comments and 10k upvotes for content to be good and engaging.
This is good for GME lol
I loved my bmw wagon, but it was an absolute POS when it came to reliability or maintenance. Blew up with less that 120k miles. Never had a problem with any Honda or Toyota under 250k.
I actually think this video emphasizes things people at the first step need not bother with. The average Reddit user needs to simply know that if you join a given server you’ll be able interact with most the others, and you can subscribe when you see posts at c/all. This video is better for people who’ve already signed up and browsed for a bit.
I’d say step two for most users is trying a couple 3rd party apps. Since that is what people will miss most with the Reddit changes.
Thirsty comments. Puns. Meta humor. Dog language like “fren.” People who use the word “stonk.”
Ya. But I’m kind of relieved. Place has been pretty toxic and the content has been getting more and more lame. I’m excited to be somewhere new and start fresh. Maybe reverse some of the bad habits that are contagious with how I engage too.
Yeah that’s what I meant. If that’s already a feature I apologize.
I’ll probably say Lemmy user.
I like gestures. Being able to set them. Long left, short left etc.
I like being able to go back by from the center swipe right(so I don’t have to swipe back from the edge). And then short left is upvote. Long left is downvote. Makes browsing and engaging so efficient. This site needs high votes per user right now. So it would help the site too.
Being able to filter communities is also very helpful.
For an iPad I think an easy(?) first huge improvement is being able to use split screen etc.
This right here:
Lemmy > Reddit
Subtly misspeaking common sayings can be fun.
Hard to moderate. Brings influencers and bots. Doesn’t contribute anything that can’t be easily found elsewhere.
That said, it cost 300 million to makes and 5 years to develop. Getting a return in the billions after 10 years is expected, otherwise they might as well save all that time and energy, and massive financial risk, and just buy conservative ETFs with that 300 million and sit at the beach.
